The platform is operated by [Firmenname eintragen] [Rechtsform, z. B. GmbH], [Straße und Hausnummer], [PLZ] [Ort], Austria (“we”, “operator”).

The platform presents real estate listings. We provide technical infrastructure only and are not a contracting party in purchase, rental, or other property transactions between visitors and listing providers.

Visitors can search listings and contact providers. Registered brokers can import and manage listings. The scope and availability of individual features may change during the beta or production phase.

Property listings, text, images, and price information are provided by the respective listing providers. Each provider is solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of their information (including brokerage commission, energy certificate, and other mandatory disclosures).

We do not comprehensively review listings before publication. If we receive notice of legal violations or misleading information, we may block or remove content.

The website may be used only for private or business property search. Prohibited uses include automated scraping, disrupting operation, distributing unlawful content, and abusive enquiries.

Registration requires truthful information. Login credentials must be kept confidential. Brokers must ensure imported data meets applicable legal requirements and that they are authorised to publish it.

We may temporarily suspend or permanently delete accounts for breaches of these terms or applicable law.

We aim for uninterrupted operation but do not guarantee continuous availability. Maintenance and force majeure may cause temporary restrictions.

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for harm to life, body, or health. Otherwise we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable, typical damage.

We accept no liability for content or conduct of listing providers or for the outcome of enquiries.

Listing providers grant us the usage rights required to operate the platform for submitted content. Trademarks and third-party content remain the property of the respective rights holders.

We may amend these terms with future effect. Registered users will be informed of material changes in an appropriate manner. If a broker does not object within a reasonable period, the amended terms are deemed accepted — details to be specified after legal review.

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For businesses, the courts at the operator’s registered office have jurisdiction where permitted. Consumers benefit from mandatory jurisdictional rules.

If individual provisions are invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
