This policy applies to the processing of personal data in connection with operating the public website, enquiries about listings, and broker accounts (registration, login, import, and management of listings).

We process in particular the following categories of data:

• Website visitors: technical access data (e.g. IP address, time, browser, pages viewed)
• Listing enquiries: name, email address, message, reference to the listing
• Broker accounts: name, email address, company details, login credentials, imported listing data

Processing takes place for the following purposes:

• Providing and securing the website (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; strictly necessary cookies, see cookie notice)
• Handling enquiries to listing providers (contract performance or pre-contractual measures, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; consent where applicable, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
• Registration and management of broker accounts (contract performance, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
• Sending transactional emails (e.g. enquiry forwarding, password reset) via email service providers
• Compliance with statutory retention obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR)

Personal data is disclosed only where necessary for the purposes stated above or where we are legally obliged to do so.

• Listing providers/brokers: enquiry details you submit are forwarded to the provider of the relevant listing
• Processors: hosting, email delivery (e.g. Postmark), error monitoring (e.g. Sentry) — each under data processing agreements where required
• Authorities: only where legally required or on legitimate official request

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the respective purposes or as required by statutory retention periods. Enquiries are deleted after processing is complete unless statutory retention obligations apply. Broker account data is kept for the duration of the relationship and thereafter in line with legal periods.

Under the GDPR you have in particular the following rights:

• Access to processed data (Art. 15 GDPR)
• Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
• Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR) and restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
• Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), where applicable
• Objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR)
• Withdrawal of consent with effect for the future

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data (including encrypted transmission via HTTPS, access controls, and secure password storage).
